How can I identify hosts configured for SQL DDboost on DataDomain
is there a command to identify all host systems configured for SQL DDboost?

Each DDBEA connection to the data domain is stored in the autosupport. You should be able to see then under the DD BOOST section with Client OS and Client Version. The autosupport is sent out daily, but you can request one be sent to you directly from the GUI.
