I previously have an MTree linked to a CIFS share. I cannot delete the files inside because Windows warned that they are being used / locked by some programs, in which none are using them.

To remove them, I directly removed the MTree without removing the files.

It seems that removing it was a bad idea because it is still taking up space despite performing "filesys clean" several times.

Was there a way to free up space despite having that kind of scenario?
