DMC, OnePlus 8 Pro not discoverable
Dell Mobile Connect is installed on my XPS 8940 and I can get to the point where the Q-code wants my phone to scan to continue. The challenge is that the app will not get to that point on my android phone. Phone is a OnePlus 8 Pro and the software stops at the point where I have the Dell Mobile Connect screen up and the screen shows "Please allow Dell Mobile Connect to make your device discoverable by other bluetooth devices". I tap on the "OK" button but no joy, nothing happens.
Cannot find any support to help me with this issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my phone but always get stuck at the same point, which is the very beginning.

Hello,
I have the exact same issue with my Oneplus 8 pro.
Dell support do not suport apps.
Screenovate says to see with Dell.
Oneplus says the phone is fine and i should contact Screenovate.
I'm stuck too.

I had the same issue, if you download a bluetooth discovery app on the phone and make the bluetooth discoverable for a few minutes it will connect. The one I used and listed on another forum was Bluetooth Discovery - Apps on Google Play
