We are running OpenManage Essentials (OME) v2.0.1.2222 in a Windows domain. I have a Windows Server 2008 PowerEdge R420 and have added the sever (SNMP only) and DRAC (SNMP and WS-MAN) to the Discovery and Inventory. After a short time they both appear in the Device tree. They both have the green tick. The DRAC is reporting correctly with the service tag and model number etc but the server does not (Model to Revision report as N/A, yet there is still a green tick). I have put the latest OMSA (7.4.0), removed/re-added the server and DRAC to OME. The Dell Troubleshooting Tool (v3.4.2) does not report any errors when querying the server using SNMP nor the DRAC with SNMP & WS-MAN. Am I missing something?
