controller A &B FAILURE

We are experiencing an intermittent issue with Controller A & B. Both controllers fail after running for approximately 3 to 4 hours.

As a temporary workaround, I reboot the controllers, and they start working normally. However, after another 3 to 4 hours, the same failure occurs again.

Kindly investigate the root cause and provide a permanent resolution at the earliest.
