Hi all, just FYI

I have WD19DCS (2xUSB-C cords) + 240W PS + XPS 9520

I recently upgraded old 01.01.01.01(01.01.11.01) 19 Apr 2026 FW with the new one 01.01.03.01(01.01.15.01) 27 Jul 2026 version and started to experience dock connectivity issues. Initially it all started with my external USB to SATA SSD drive, it keeps reconnecting every few hours and ended up with the dock suddenly disappears from the Device manager console and reconnecting as USB-bal-bla-bla-Hub device which cannot start due to some error. BUT, the Dock continues to supply power and picture to both monitors connected to it, USB mouse receiver also fine, but an exclamation mark in the device manager on USB hub device and plugging-unplugging my ssd drive -> no reaction.

Problem was solved by reinstalling the older 01.01.01.01(01.01.11.01) 19 Apr 2026 version.

Used oldFW.exe with -f to force downgrade process
