We are a Brazilian company named Bradar, which has a Dell EqualLogic Storage equipment approximately 1.5 years. We recently had a shutdown problem by heating and to our surprise, we lost all of our data due to the RAM memory has not worked properly and has not achieved the data back flushing at the right time. Yes, the system has an unacceptable vulnerability and so far, we have not been able to get this data. We are outraged as a system that was sold to us as the safest, was the only one who failed among the others. Our losses are being immense. Will Dell give up trying?
