Hello,

One of our 15K SAS drives died and we bought 2 from Amazon vendor yobitech.  It's on the second Slot (Slot 1).  The PS6000 shows it is a Spare, Healthy, No errors, etc., but the Speed shows "unknown".  The Warning tab shows "One or more drives in array are not approved".  We don't have support on this array anymore.  What can I do at this point?
