VSM 4.5 plugin missing from vSphere web client

I was getting a SOAP error in my VSM 4.0.2 page whenever I accessed it from the vSphere 5.5 web client. I tried rebooting and registering with no luck. I am working on upgrading to VMware 6.0 so I went ahead and upgraded it to VSM 4.5. This didn't solve my issue either as the VASA connection stopped working as well as the web interface plugin. I unregistered and removed everything, finished my Vcenter 6.0 upgrade and then deployed a brand new 4.5 VSM appliance. I was able to register the VASA with no problem, and it says the vCenter plugin is registered as well. When I look at the vSphere web client home screen I do not have a Dell Virtual Storage Manager link. Any other thoughts on what I can do to get the web interface plugin working again?
