Additional Space needed

Additional space is needed for me to restart to factory settings. If I am deleting all the data...why must I free up space when deleting it would do just the same...Right?

Is there another way I can restart my Dell without freeing up more space because all I have left on my PC is Xbox live and all the other apps Windows puts on your laptop for no reason.

also, if I could get a solution to delete these apps I DO NOT NEED because I want to restart my laptop...that would be helpful too.

A comment said no one from Dell reads these. That’s counterproductive especially when customers point out faults in the system.

If no one from Dell is actually helping troubleshoot, I see why the advice given never works. I’ll take my concerns to Dells customer service and feedback. I also am going to email the site about persons who show no resolve but comment on posts. If you don’t have a solution of some sort, your comment is invalid.

Also, like I’ve stated, I’ve deleted everything except the files that come with the computer and I still don’t have space. My question is why can’t I do a reset of my computer without deleting things since those files are going to be deleted anyways. Why is Windows 10 SO big yet does nothing. I’ve seen no major changes in the design nor functions. If you want to fix the bugs, fix it but forcing users to install something that takes up completely to much space and does nothing it pointless.

@Vourtney

Putting  a soon to be Mac user.  in your post is pointless. No one from Dell reads these posts.

You sound upset. Hope your day gets better.

Also, if you’re not going to help I’m going to report you as spam.

@Vourtney

I am guessing you have a 32 GB hard drive even though you didn't even bother providing us with a model number for your laptop.

The way I have found to do a clean installation of Windows 10 is to use Media Creation Tool to create bootable USB. Boot to that USB.

I posted a question. If you were willing to give an answer, all you had to do was ask for the model. I honestly don't understand why you people have attitudes when, as I stated before, if you're not going to give a solution or ask questions so we can come to a solution, why even bother comment. It's spam-like and uncalled for.
