You can check for dedicated graphics. Open Device Manager by right clicking on the start button and checking display adapter. Laptops all have integrated video but some also have a discrete card. If you have a card, it will say AMD Radeon 530. But it is usually a supplemental card on a laptop and supplies extra video power when needed.

Others that have experienced performance problems with the switchable AMD graphics card have used an older Bios version 1.1.8 to solve their gaming problem in the 5570 model.

kindly restart and run dell diagnostics

and update your nvidia drivers too as they maybe old versions.

I did everything that was mentioned in the post that you linked but it still did not solve the problem

It said that my fan processors did not respond correctly and I cleaned out the fans, but I doubt that this is the cause of my problem as I still think my discrete graphics card is not being used.
