Dell DOA policy

i purchased Dell insipiron 5410 laptop on jan 2nd 2022 but i facing a some technical issue on 13th jan 2022. that time i put a complant to dell tech support but no use. after two days i submit laptop to dell authorised service in 18th jan 2022. service center people are saying need to change mother board. after the words i take the laptop from servicecenter again put a complaint for replacement. after so many conversations dell team accept the replacement but they said 40days for replacement proces.
one of Dell support employee name:- Manjish naik dell technicall support employee is saying. 40days replace ment is company polacy but not mention this type polocy in Dell products and Dell website.
emoloyee says rudly its company policy. every one fallow the process

purchasing date:jan2nd 2022
date of defect:13 jan 2022
replacement time :40days ofter picking the product its nessary frome me.
worest service by DELL



note:Dont trust dell DOA polacy. They said DOA process is stop now
so every one will wait 40days for replacement

I cant wait 40days for replacement its very to much tome so Kindly provide the DOA as soon as possible

So did you get your problem resolved 

Means got the replacement 

I too facing the same and they offered me that once the doa approved I can either get the replacement from the place where I bought or by online by directly contacting dell support and will take around 30-45 days 

I just don't know why this long 

And what's about the potential losses during these times 

Studies will be affected a lot 

And many others work to do also 

Why can't it be done with 2-4 days to provide a better service to the customer 

Dell please

Hey, could you please update us as to how exactly it went and how long it took? Also did you get the under 14 day replacement policy or under 30 days?
