Dell G15 5525

hi gays ... i had problem when i update my laptop dell 5525 ..no boot up, only dell logo ..F2 and F12 didn't working .I contact many pc center to fix it but no result for 25 days ..so i decide to solved by my self ..

i did same search in youtube , dell website , reddit and thin i discover My way to fix it .

1-you need flash disk 16G formatted with FAT , dont use 64G ,i think its not support it ..I dont know about 32G.

2-download latest version of bios for your laptop and copy it in the flash, you will find it in this link (https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-om?app=drivers choose your laptop type  and then download your bios drive image.(there is document from dell shown  how to download any drive).

3-unpluge your ac power cable and press ctrl+esc and hold it , after 25 sec plug your ac power cable  and power up the laptop and  press F12  with same time you still holding ctrl+esc .

4-after 20 sec release ctrl+esc and continue press  F12 .

5-after some seconds it will appear blue screen with 2 option

A-recover the bios.

B-clear the bios (like that i cant remember ) .

6- choose option A recover the bios  then press continue (its there in the menu).

7-after that it will appear new screen for update bios start.

8-after finished bios update , it will appear new screen for installing the update .

9-at the end  enjoy your life with your laptop .

NOTE ..  in step 6 if nothing is happen after you choose the option A, try to download version that before the last one .

-in my case ..last version of my laptop is 1.18 and it is didnt working ,but version 1.16 is working with me.

-With version 1.18 , the option was appear but its not working, its searching and back to the same blue screen.

-i hope this way help people who has this problem ,thanks.
