Dell G3 15 lost all Bluetooth functionality

Question

My personal, daily use laptop recently lost all Bluetooth functionality. I tried looking in device manager, where the adapter doesn't even show up anymore. I tried rolling back on recent updates, thinking maybe it was a corrupt file, no success. In BIOS I checked whether the option for Bluetooth was enabled, which it was. I reinstalled all drivers and ran all troubleshoot options I could think off, but all this returns is the troubleshooter stating bluetooth is not present      Of course my warranty has expired, I could've expected issues to occur after that, but this means I cannot even get support from Dell directly.  I would really appreciate any help, because I'm not getting any further on my own.

Does expand Notifications in bottom RH corner say "Not connected" and awaits Bluetooth activation?

Is there any windows update recently installed  if yes please uninstall latest cumilative update then A bios flash and wifi driver reinstall could help
