Direct key not execute Windows 10
I am trying to create a usb restore & recover usb stick for my Inspiron 3576.
I am using a dell Inspiron 3000 with windows 10 in order to create it.
Downloaded - extract -run and the icon appeared on the desktop screen.
When I click to open, the program asks for permission then I click yes but nothing happens.
I could not find a similar question with an answer.
Thank you in advance

your other option is clean installation of Windows 10 using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool

I used it but I stuck in “unallocated space on the drive”

I am not sure what you mean.
When I do a clean installation, I delete all the partitions on a hard drive until all that remains is Unallocated Space. That's where Windows 10 installs to.
