Hello there, 

I have a problem with my Inspiron 15 7567. My CPU speed will slow down every time I open a heavy application, such as Premiere Pro, Online Games and etc. The solution that I found was, turning on the laptop without the charger until it boots and plug in the charger and open the Throttle Stop application, then the CPU will raise it's speed like normal. But I don't want to do that step every time I'm turning on my laptop, so any help ??

Things that I've tried : Re paste CPU GPU, replace the battery, clean the fans, use cool pads and etc.

CPU temperature idle : 50-60 degrees

CPU temperature while gaming : 90-100 degrees
