Inspiron 3580, cannot install Intel UHD driver?
Hello,
My problem is that my brand new laptop cannot install one last driver, the Intel UHD graphics driver. It detects the driver through Support Assist and on the Dell driver website but it cannot install. Giving the "driver package is not supported by your processor type". And I think that is the main reason that all games that I tried are lagging very badly. Also, I cannot set the screen resolution.

* What preceded this issue? Did you reinstall the operating system? If yes, why? Or is this issue from the out of box state, what happened?
* Open the Device Manager. Is Intel UHD graphics listed?
* By the way, the registered owner is still in the resellers name. Sold to them on March 2, 2019. You have to register it into your name.

From out of box nothing special happened. It came with Ubuntu 16 and since I prefer Windows 10. I installed it and started getting the drivers for Windows 10 64 from the official Dell website. At first using Support Assist and after that failed, and Intel UHD driver couldn't be installed, I did it manually again. Still with no success.
In the device manager there was no Intel graphics listed. Only AMD and windows display device.
Since then I updated windows to the latest version and was able to install Intel UHD graphics driver. This fixed the resolution settings and the gaming experience. However Windows is still booting up really slowly.
In conclusion, is this laptop built for Ubuntu and not recommended for Windows?
