inspiron 3593 Frame drops low GPU usage

I bought this laptop (Dell inspiron 3593 i3-1005G1 8gb ram Intel UHD graphics) a year ago. It was all good, I play games like valorant to be exact at playeable fps. But then yesterday I updated my intel graphics drivers and I experienced SERIOUS Frame drops while using laptop (gaming or even browsing internet). My frame drops or freezes for like 3-7seconds and go back to normal again. I already installed the previous version of intel graphics driver and nothing happened. I tried playing low end games and it is not dropping any frame. But in valorant (which I was able to play) I experience Frame drops whenever I use a skill. I think my problem is about my Intel Uhd Graphics.
