Hello I have bought same laptop, and is almost 1.5 years - the warranty is for 3 years - means the problem should be covered by the warranty.
Description of problem:
On the 25/6/2020 I have opened the laptop and suddenly the right Near Part Of the Hinge Popped Out ,unable to close the laptop - means I had the same exact the same problem as other users which have written to you guys.
I have addressed my problem to DELL ISRAEL - and they have also claimed it was "customer abuse" - which is illogical and as can be seen by other users it is a manufacturing / design problem.
I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
I 'm truly unhappy with overall service - Dell Community.I couldn't put extra cost on this laptop, let's escalate in different forum until we get solution from them.

Same issue for me. Even no response from your side. What a worst product it is. I will recommend others to not buy dell laptops.
