new Bluetooth mouse not working?

Brand new Dell Bluetooth Mouse not working?

Well check the connection and update the Bluetooth driver to it's latest version if the driver is outdated and also try to check the mouse with other laptop and PC and check it the mouse is work or not if not then there can be issue with the mouse as well.

Hello,

Its a hardware (battery) issue. Unboxed the mouse and found battery leakage. Even after cleaning and trying with bew batteries the red LED is not glowing.

@user_0aa41a​  Well if the mouse in warranty you can have a replacement of the mouse.
