Most of these models are software controlled -- there is no MUX in the circuit.

Exactly what isn't working?  Is the nVidia GPU listed in the device manager, and is the driver loaded?  If it is, it's controlled by selecting it with Optimus for the game in question.

If the driver isn't loaded or the entry in the device manager is missing, that's a question for the repair shop you employed.

Note:  on these, the Intel GPU is permanently primary -- the nVidia GPU is a co-processor.  All video passes through the Intel GPU on its way to the screen.

@ejn63 so basically when I open the game is must set to Nvidia GPU screen mode but it stuck in Optimus so that's causing black screen and normally it's working but after service it crashed like that

You need to find out exactly what the repairer did -- simply replacing the thermal paste should have had no effect on the GPU settings unless the job was so poor that it resulted in a rapid temperature spike.

If the GPU is working in Optimus mode, it is functioning.  The rest awaits an answer from the repair shop.

It sounds like your GPU isn’t switching properly. Try a clean driver install using DDU and then reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers. If the MUX switch still doesn’t appear, the service center may need to recheck the GPU connection.
