Dell Inspiron laptop displays and automatic repair message followed by a Diagnostics message on the opening Dell screen but simply recycles through those two messages and doesn't continue with a system boot.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
