I've been trying to upgrade InsightIQ to ver 4.20.

I used the script to do an in-place upgrade. 

The installer *seems* to have succeeded, but after the upgrade, InsightIQ no longer listens on port 443.  I cannot access the webUI.

Restarting the service doesn't help.  I even restarted the VM, but that doesn't help either.  SSH access to the VM itself is fine.  Selinux is in permissive mode, and stopping firewalld doesn't change anything (didn't think it would, but tried anyway).

Any pointers/tips would be appreciated
