now that my email alerts are working, I was wondering if you can add more variables to the template?

The document mentions the 5 or so entries, I was wondering if anyone has managed to add the SMB Share name or say something like the SMB share description.

I am trying to get the alerts into our SD Toolset and then send the emails to the correct System Owner, as our CMDB has the most up to date list.  I am adding the CI name into the Description field

I have seen a forum post from 2013 asking the same with an update in 2018
