I was checking on a clicking sound from the tower when I use Zoom. Diagnostics stated I needed to update the BIOS. Procedure started fine. Updating started and then froze. Stayed at zero percent completed for 12 hours. Instructions from community then were to cold start the computer by unplugging it, since I had no other choice. Now the unit will not boot because of bad BIOS instructions and I'm stuck with machine that will not function. Certainly would like to know how to fix this issue and recover my machine and data, but prefer instructions from a real technician next time.
