My dell latitude e 7470  laptop screen went black after I reset my ram when I press f12 button it's screen change from black with backlight on to black lines and grey or white screen what is reason please help

Previously it had 2 amber and 4 white light blink but now this issue gone it also use to freeze when I tilt or lift it
