Cellular option disappear
I am using dell latitude 7490 but installing sim didn't get cellular option in setting

You cannot simply install a SIM card - you also need to install a WWAN card compatible with your service provider's network, and you must also make sure the antenna leads are present (which they generally are not when the system ships from the factory without that card).
