Has the nVidia GPU ever been present? Very few of these systems were shipped with the nVidia GPU - well over 90% of them have only an Intel GPU.
You can also look up the original specs of the system by service tag at dell.com/support (assuming the mainboard hasn't been changed since the system was built well over a decade ago).
