Laptop Hangs Issue
Dear Team,
We have dell Latitude 7430 hangs when we unplug the power adaptor.
After changed motherboard same issue problem not resolved

What condition is the battery in? That is, what is its current charge capacity (run powercfg /batteryreport at a command line with admin privilege)?
