Latitude 5420 Network Issues
Hi.
A customer of ours has a Latitiude 5420 that after a Recent BIOS issue has a bizarre issue with the Internet. When the Device is Connected to both Ethernet and Wifi at the same time you cannot load any webpages! They just spin for eternity. As soon as you disconnect from either the Ethernet or Wifi you can load Webpages fine.
We are unsure if it's because of the BIOS update or a Microsoft Windows Update. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you re-flashed the BIOS and updated network drivers then do a hard reset to resolve the issue?
