Latitude 7490 screen problems
My screen comes on looking normal with the Dell logo, etc. But then it gets wiggly, snowy, and I can't see the desktop or access it. Did diagnostics and everything checked out as okay except for a warning about the battery. I can't use the computer because the crazy screen does not react to the mouse or TouchPad or anything. Any suggestions?

Run a screen diagnostic (hold the D key through powerup). Does the same fault show on the test screens?
