Latitude E7310 Boot-Looping

Hello! I've recently gotten a Latitude E7310 off a friend, and, it didn't have a hard drive, so I found an old 2.5" sata HDD out of my old XPS (like, really old), and put it in. It brings me to the screen saying "launch windows normally". I click it, and it just powers off and boots back up to the Dell logo, and then loads back up to the same screen... Any help?

See if you can boot into safe mode.  You may be able to examine the log files to see why the system is looping -- but in all likelihood, the drive needs to be reformatted and have Windows reloaded.  Transplanting an existing Windows installation from foreign hardware usually fails.
