Memory upgrades
Latitude E5570
I’m looking to update my laptop memory and purchasing the new DDR4 memory has too many options, ranging from pin count to speed and sizes. I am looking to get the fastest and biggest memory i can use for both DIMM slots. There’s a speed issue, can i use 3200mhz (or higher if available), and 2x32gb memory ( or 2x16gb?). Also i noticed that when i went on line searching for this, i found out that there are DIMM slots with varying PIN numbers, some being 250 while others being 260. I have an i7 processor in the motherboard. Any help in this matter would be of great help. Thank you

safest is 2x16GB as that should be good for an older machine
Windows 11 would work well with 32GB
