Nvidia GPU driver Code 43 , please help

Hi, I have a dell g15 5511 laptop with i7 11800h and rtx 3050 that I have been using for years , suddenly I found out that my gpu is not being detected by any game and when I went to see the device manager it reports "windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (code 43)" . I tried updating the driver from the device manager but it fails with "windows found drivers for your device but encountered an error while attempting to install them" . I tried updating the bios , I tried a clean install of drivers with DDU in safe mode , I tried clean windows install to 24H2 and 23H2 But none of these fixed the problem. The Nvidia control panel won't open, Drivers won't actually install it just keep going through the installation process but the install button doesn't go away. I ran dell pre-boot diagnosis test and it did not return any problems

GPU-Z will recognize the GPU but it gives 0mhz clock speed and 0mb Memory.
Any fix to it ?
