Problems with charging

Hi, I have a problem with my latitude 7400 2-in-1
at some point in time when its plugged in it will just collapse and turn off and won't turn on until I unplug it from power,

recently I have noticed the problem getting more serious when I plug it on power and use the other port to plug my tablet, it just goes off at random
