this problem with the system properties screen popping up always does it three times.  I do not see anything marked in trouble on the device manager so why the hardware tab selected and why is this screen popping up on the monitor at user startup?  does XP have a hardware issue with some installed driver or ???  if anyone has seen this happen and has resolved the problem I would appreciate the help.   this is happening on a Dimension 4700 with XP SP2.

 

working with DELL and might have found the problem with a Bluetooth adapter.
