BIOS Upgrage Problem

Question

I Upgraded my BIOS from A02 to A11 and alot of things don't work right, my printer, my scanner, and I keep loosing all my memory. Every thing worked fine before. The only reason I did this was because I was having screen problems and tec support said to try this. Is there any way to go back to my old version, I have no clue on how to do this if it is possible. I have the Inspiron 8200. I hope someone can help. Thanks

I tried typing in what it say's,I8000A02.EXE/nvram, but it dosen't work. It say's Bad Command File. Any more suggestions? Thanks.

You need a space between the last 'E' in I8000A02.EXE and the '/'.

I tried the space between the last 'E' and the '/' and it still says Bad Comand File. This is how I did it I8000A02.EXE /nvram. Does this work on the Inspiron 8200 ?. Am I still doing something wrong?.This really messed up my Laptop.Anything else I can try or that I have done wrong.Thanks
