GeForce2 Go

I have some sort of video adapter that plugs into my GeForce2 Go video card in my Inspiron 8100 notebook.  The adapter I am referring gets pluged into the S-video terminal of the video card and it came with no additional instructions.  It has 3 terminals: 1 S-video out, 1 RCA video out, and 1 that is unknown to me.  I am wondering if this is a Video in, and if so what software/driver is needed to utilize this.  I already use the RCA video out to clone the display and it works fine.  What I want to do is have my video card (GeForce2 Go) interpret another signal - such as one from a tv, game system or set top box.  Thanks.
