As you have already installed the latest driver, would like to appreciate on that. Kindly check if you are getting the same issue with the old driver which is on our website. You can refer to the below mentioned link for downloading the driver. Select the correct Operating System. You need to install the version that says 6.10.0.6341 and the release date is 9/29/2011.

Thanks for your reply, but it seems that after uninstalling everything then installing the driver, i had no luck.  The features are still missing.  Is it a problem with the UI?  I'm not sure at this point what's causing it, but thanks for your help.  If you have anymore suggestions please tell me cause I'm open to any ideas

3. Have you tried to downgrade the driver and checked if the issue still persists?

i think you disabled it at start up,  just go into "msconfig" and select normal startup.

just an idea, but what folder should the idt driver be installed in?

hmm... well i dont believe that's it. i checked msconfig and idt is checked. I also checked services and andrea starts up, but for some reason options disappear and even reappear.  Since the last time i said anything, the noise cancellation button disappeared.  Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. im not sure whats going on.
