L702X Bluetooth frustration

I opted for the Intel Pro set wireless on this computer when I bought it, giving me the ability to share my WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity.  Lately I cannot keep my Bluetooth drivers installed.  They either fail to install (with the latest download from Dell) or they are gone again on reboot.  EXTREMELY frustrating.  Windows 7 64 Home Pro.  Any ideas?

I should mention that it's also causing my computer to hard lock.  I can't run it for more than 15 minutes without having to shut it off via the power button.  I've never had this problem before.

It's getting worse rapidly.  It's so bad now that the computer doesn't even bout before it freezes sometimes.  I just had it freeze in safe mode too.  I tried to use the USB recovery drive that I made when I got the computer and if course that failed too.  The built in recovery partition also doesn't work.  It really pisses me off that companies no longer include a system disc.  At least with that I could wipe the hard drive and start all over.  Because Dell didn't see fit to include it, even on this high end system, I've now got a useless laptop.  Thanks Dell....

I finally got the USB factory image drive to work.  Unfortunately, it formatted and installed the image to the wring drive.  I update my system with a Samsung SSD some time ago.  I put the original drive in the secondary slot and formatted it.  The Dell restore utility installed to that drive.  I was not given an option as to which drive to install to.  Fortunately I had my data on that drive backed up.  Is the Dell restore utility not smart enough to recognize a SSD?  What a major pain this entire experience has been.....
