Hello!

I've run the tests and it said that everything is ok, but the test program tested my intel video card not the nvidia. I did not find any option how to change it.
It's a very good test but i still have the problem.

Hi mepeti,

Sorry for the delay.

Did you update the Nvidia drivers from Dell website?

Meanwhile, try updating the BIOS using the link mentioned below:

NOTE: Ensure that the battery is more than 30% charged and the adapter is connected during BIOS update process.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Manshu S!

i have the leatest video driver and the leatest bios version, but i still has the same problem.
I have found the MyDell program on the website and i run the short test on nvidia. It has said that The PC-Doctor Module stopped functioning and after that during the fireframe test my laptop shut down.

Thanks and Regards

Hi mepeti,

Please check if Windows is up to date.

If not, perform windows update and update DirectX as well.

Restart the system and check if the issue is fixed.

If the issue persists, uninstall Intel and Nvidia driver.

Restart the system.

Install Intel driver.

Restart the system.

Install latest Nvidia driver from Dell website.

Restart the system and check if the issue is fixed.

Your system has Optimus technology which changes the GPU in control according to the requirement of the application.

Thanks & Regards
