my inspiron 2200 started doing strange things....when typing i get all sorts of weird letters....

 

here is an example:

envelope maker from t4he scrapbooking st4ore, and couldn't4 ent4er my7
credit4 ccard informat4ion correctly7"

it does it when i disconnect from the internet....disbling my router as well.  i thought perhpas i was wirelessly getting interference from a enighbor .

 

soemtimes it tabs when it feels like and even opens programs !!  am i haunted?
