2407WFP - 'Color-Error's while moving...' - A02

Question

Hello,

i've got my new 2407wfp yesterday - it's an A02 and i've connected it via DIV.

(english isn't very good - iam from germany).

Now to the problem: If I make a background colored #D2D2D2 and and add small square in #F2F2F2 (or white) or something elese on it the color changes into GREEN!! while i am moving the squage ... i've made a small video:

Is this normal? How is this error "named"?

... Problem 2: If i connect the 2407wfp with VGA the Scale's Black-Green and Black-White are not "right" ... Banding-Problem.

I have the *exact* same problem. If you go to Color Settings and set PC Custom Color at 89/89/89, it sort of makes that go away, but it's not an optimal solution, as everything is then sort of grey...

Your english is far better then my german;-) A03 Rev. needed??? I could not cope with any of these imperfections - send it back?

Hi,

i will send it back ... you also see it, when you scroll on websites like www.acer-userforum.de ... because of the grey and white... the 2407wfp looks so nice but the color errors are not ok...
