The P2213 was never validated by Dell for Windows 10. As you can see on the online P2213 driver page, we only offered an INF driver for = Windows Vista/7/8/8.1
Even without a specific monitor INF driver installed and Windows 10 calling it, "PnP monitor", you should be able to get 1680x1050 60Hz.
