SE2722HX, DDM not working
I am using a Dell SE2722HX 75HZ 1920x1080 display monitor.
The monitor works but for some reason DDM does not. The monitor, initially does not turn on when the computer is booted up. It stays as a black screen for around 30 seconds.
I keep getting the same issue from DDM "This program cannot communicate with any supported Dell monitors... etc."
As far as I can tell the drivers and cables are working, though I am unsure as to what is causing this delay and DDM error and was wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue.

Update-Resolved-the issue is fixed after the power cycling of the monitor.

Click the blue DELL-Cares username. Their profile page will appear. On the right click, "Send this user a private message". They will need the private monitor Service Tag and 20 digit serial number. Check the rear label.
For our users out here, you need to reply stating which specific Dell monitor model, PC model, PC operating system, PC video card/GPU, and how they are connecting using all ports and cabling.

DDM should tell you why it cannot communicate with your monitor. Check your Windows notifications when DDM starts up.
There is also a detailed report in the diagnostic log: while holding down the SHIFT key, right-click on the DDM system tray icon and select "Save diagnostic report" from the popup menu.

The following is my diagnostic report of my Dell SE277HX 75hz Monitor via HDMI.
I am using an NVIDIA RTX 3060 and AMD Ryzen 7 5700G off of Windows 11, home edition.
I apologize for the late reply, life got busy, but I hope to find a solution to this issue.
Since the last post, I have tried using different cables, updating the drivers, rebooting, every basic solution I have seen posted. Nonetheless, the condition is still the same. The message from DDM on bootup is stated, but the monitor works. The message reading: "Dell SE2722HX (Its serial number) is not responding to messages. Check the OSD, cables, and the NVIDIA display drivers for DDC/CI support.
When I first set up this monitor, in early January, it worked just fine, no DDM error message or anything, but now I just get this message and wait a minute for this monitor to respond.
Any further help would be greatly appreciated.
