U4320Q, DDM for macOS not working
DDM for Mac (version 1.50.0.0039, A00) is not working with my U4320Q via USB-C on MacMini M1.
U4320Q has been upgraded to M2T104. DDC/CI is enabled.
DDM for Windows works fine with the same monitor.
On DDM for macOS, U4320Q is listed under "Compatible Systems", but not under "Applies To".
DDM Diagnostics Report as follows:

The U4320Q driver page now has a M2T105 firmware update for macOS. Give it a shot. IGNORE the file names on the driver pages. They are incorrect. I have changed mine below for clarity.
Before installing any U4320Q firmware =
* Turn off all non-essential software (Dell Display Manager, Steam, AntiVirus, Teams, Zoom, Discord, etc.)
* If connected via DP or HDMI cable, connect the USB upstream cable from the monitor to the PC

Based on other user reports, we now know that the beta macOS Monterey is not supported by the first version (1.50.0.0039) of DDM for macOS.
So what macOS version are you running on what specific Apple PC?

I have the same problem as you. DDM runs fine on Windows PC but my DDM on my Mac Air can't find a supported monitor (although in Displays the Mac knows what it is).
Firmware upgrade done to M2T104, DDC/CI is on

Thanks! Good to know it's not just me. Hopefully, Dell will figure this one out.

One more MAC Mini M1, with Dell U4320Q not working (latest OS 11.x updates + Firmware M2T104).
Same monitor works from DDM@Windows 10 & works from my Macbook Pro Early 2015 (Intel Chipset) with Mojave.

All, there might be a DDM for macOS update tomorrow. Right click the DDM shortcut icon, look for "Check for new version".

On the U4320Q as well, connected to a Mac M1 Mini via USB-C. Updated to the newest DDM version (checking for a new version confirms latest version installed) and still get the same error message - asking to Connect USB-C or USB-B monitor, turn on DDC/CI, or update firmware....

@DELL-Chris M Bumping up this issue for your attention.
The latest DMM release for MacOS (v1.50.0.0040, released two days ago) does not fix this issue.
Also, please note that the Drivers section for the U4320Q only shows the prior version of DDM for MacOS.

* Noted. Email sent to the team.
* For testing purpose only, in addition to the USB Type-C to C cable, connect the provided USB Type-A to USB Type-C cable from the U4320Q bottom USB Type-A port to a second USB Type-C port on the Apple PC. Then retest DDM.
Also, please note that the Drivers section for the U4320Q only shows the prior version of DDM for MacOS.
* We know this. The drivers page is only updated per schedule. That is why I posted the instructions above to update from within 0039.
* All, macOS Monterey is not supported.

@DELL-Chris M:
I just ran the new firmware update (Oct 26). DDM now works on MacOS - great news, and thanks for your help! I will mark this one as "Solved".
