I have a problem with my PowerEdge 2161 DS-2. I need to reset my password and the console tells me to contact Customer Support with the KEY and EID, but after going through "Contact Technicall Support" on Dell website, I couldn't manage to get in contact because my Service Tag is incorrent.
Is there any other way I can contact support to get my password reset?
