i bought 2nd life and no warranty. help me to download OS10 for switch Dell emc s4148T . reason want to download because the system is loading for too long

There is no public available OS10 download. You need an Dell Digiral Locker account and the device needs a valid ProSupport or better contract. Keep in mind that there is a license also.
Only the ONIE is for "free" download.
IIRC our S41xx switchs died because the SSD device within the switch have problems so the data is corrupted over the time.
