Problems Downloading drivers from the Dell Website

Hello Community,

I am not the most computer literate person, so please forgive me if it is something very obvious that I may be missing but, when i try to download drivers from the Dell website the page just 'grays' out and I get a webpage error.  I have no problem with any errors while navigating around the site, only when I try to download.
