I'm a user/programmer trying to figure out how to interface with the ECS 3.8 device that my org has installed.  Most of the documentation is not downloadable from the Dell web site.  It's protected and I get Access Denied.

Why on earth would Dell stop people from getting information on it's products?

The Administration Page - allowed

This is just stupid.
